One day it happened that guest had come for lunch and after the lunch i found that around 10 rotis were left extra. Generally we make leftover roti laddus or wraps or upma but i was sure no one would eat anything like that! So thought to make a scrumptious and healthy cake. Once made had kept the cake sponge (cling wrapped) in the fridge for 12 hours. Next day frosted it with whipped cream.
