Ingredients For Blossom Chocolate Pot Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put wheat flour in a bowl.
  • 2. Take powder sugar and baking powder. Mix all ingredients.
  • 3. Add oil, curd and milk make a lump free batter.
  • 4. Boil water in steamer.
  • 5. Grease the pan and pour the batter in it.
  • 6. Put the cake mould in the steamer and steam it for 20 min.
  • 7. After 20 min cake is ready.
  • 8. When cake cool completely cut the round pieces.
  • 9. In a bowl, add curd for bhapa doi. Add condensed milk and mix. Add milk and vanilla essence.
  • 10. Pour bhapa doi mixture in greased mould.
  • 11. Steam it for 10 minutes.
  • 12. Keep cool it completely.
  • 13. Melt the milk chocolate properly.
  • 14. Pour a melted chocolate into paper cup and spread evenly. Keep it in fridge for 15 min.
  • 15. After 15 min remove from paper cup. our chocolate cup are ready coat with cacao powder.
  • 16. Take out bhapa doi in bowl whisk properly.
  • 17. Add whipped cream in bhapa doi and whisk again.
  • 18. Fill bhapa doi mixture in chocolate cup . Arrange cake sponge circle on it. Repeat the process for 2 times.
  • 19. Now sprinkle Oreo biscuit powder on it for mud effect.
  • 20. Arrange flowers on it.
  • 21. Now our blossom chocolate pot is ready to enjoy.
