This a really good product and is generally preferred over others. It works great for cakes and other bakery products.. Other than that it can also be used to ease the boiling of chickpeas and kidney beans.

The best Leavening Agent!
I have used this product for so many things like, Cakes, Quick Pizza dough, and even Pancakes! This is one of the best companies for baking Goods. And also, it's made in India!

For soft and spongy cake
I was using other brands baking powder for cakes but weikfield baking powder makes better cakes and packaging keeps fresh for the longer time

The best baking powder..
Weikfield baking powder is a branded bp and surely never disappoints you. I used to keep it in refrigerator and take it out atleast 2 hrs in advance before use. Best quality product if used before expiry date. Will advice every bakers to blindly go for it and prepare no fail bakery products.

Weikfield baking powder is of a very good quality. It is mentioned that it's double action. Make sure you use it in a small quantity as it is of high power.

Double action baking powder
Double action property in Weikfield Baking powder makes my baking dish extremely good. I have been using this baking powder form last 3 years. My every dishes puffs up really well. It makes my cake, muffins, cupcake, brownies, cookies and so on fluffy and light weight. Even sometimes I use this powder in bread making, I get very flackery texture and airy inside. I personally recommend this product if you are beginner. Must buy.

Baking Powder
Firstly, can we all please acknowledge that packaging and how convenient it is. Compared to other Baking Powders that comes in a cover inside a box this is so much more easier to use and store. Highly recommend!
