Ingredients For BOLANI PARATHA/AFGHANI PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add all purpose flour,wheat flour,salt and 2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
  • 2. Make a dough with little water,keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Take another bowl and mix the listed above ingredients of stuffing.
  • 4. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 5. Divide the dough into ball and roll out thin chapati.
  • 6. Stuff the filling in the half side of chapati and fold it.
  • 7. Now on heated pan place the paratha grease clarified butter both the sides.
  • 8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
