Methods

How to make Bread Fritters Recipe

1. Cut the bread slices as per your choice.
2. Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except bread and oil.
3. Mix it well. Gradually add the water and make lump free batter.
4. Heat oil in a wok . Add 1 tbsp hot oil in a batter. Whisk it well.
5. Dip bread pieces in batter. Deep fry in medium hot oil till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve hot with any dip or sauce.
