Wash and cut broccoli heads into small size florets.

Take a pot vessel add water along with some salt and bring water to a boil, then add Broccoli florets and cook for a few seconds and drain the excess water and set aside.

Take a large bowl add extra virgin olive oil, oregano herbs, seasoning and salt, mix well and add broccoli florets, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, fresh lettuce leaves and tomatoes mix well.

You can add some rosted nuts and seeds like almond, flax seeds or sunflower seeds etc., of your choice for extra crunch.

Yours delicious Broccoli and Tomato Salad is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
