To make this healthy pulao recipe, wash the rice soak them in water for some time.

heat the ghee in the pressure cooker over a medium flame and add the cumin seeds and let them splutter. Next, add the cinnamon sticks, cloves and green chillies in it.

Now add the onions and garlic and stir fry until they turn a little brown. Then, add the soaked brown rice and all the chopped vegetables and saute them for a while.

Add the garam masala and salt as per your taste. Mix them well.

Pour in 2 cups of water. Close the lid and pressure cook for 4 whistles.

Turn off the flame and transfer the Brown rice pulao to a serving bowl. Then, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
