Add ghee and mix well add water knead the dough cover it and rest for 10 mins

Take a pan add ghee and heat it

Roll the dough and cut out papdis using the cutter take a fock make hole on the papdis

Place papadi in a plate add chopped Potato,curd ,sweet chutney,green chutney,rock salt, black pepper,rosted cumin powder pomegranate and coriander leaves our buckwheat flour papadi chaat is ready for serving
