Ingredients For Buckwheet Gola Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the veggies of your choice and put it inside the pressure cooker for steaming and wait for 4-5 whistle. After everything gets cooled opened the lid and smash rhe veggies into a paste with the help of fork.
  • 2. In a serving bowl, strain the buckwheat flour
  • 3. Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds,black pepper powder to it.
  • 4. Now add the smashed veggies and give everything a good mix with your hand.
  • 5. Now in a non stick tawa heat 2tablespoon of butter for melting.After the butter gets melt pour the melted butter in the serving bowl and give a good mix with flour and veggies.
  • 6. Now add hot water slowly and stir the mixture with a laddle until the liquid mixture reaches its consistency.
  • 7. After getting desired consistency of liquid batter cover the serving bowl with a lid and allow the mixture to rest for 15mins.
  • 8. After 15 mins put that non stick pan where you melted the butter on tawa and warm it for few seconds.
  • 9. After the tawa got heated add a little amount of liquid batter on tawa with the help of laddle and spread it.
  • 10. Fry each side in low flame for 5mins by flipping each side continuously
  • 11. Transfer it to serving plate
  • 12. Serve hot
