Garlic is my personal favorite ingredient and I love trying different combinations with garlic. Here's a recipe of burnt garlic noodles with caramelized onions.

Take a kadhai add oil. Add 1 tbsp garlic and ginger. Add onions and saute for 3 mins. Add capsicum and cabbage and saute for another 3 mins.

Add turmeric in the oil for good colour. Add the noodles. Now add vinegar, red and green chilli sauce chings noodle masala with a dash of water. Add salt as, per need.

Combine well.

Take a sauce pan. Add oil to it and thinly sliced onions. Let them caramelize and turn brown. One done move them aside in the pan and add garlic to oil in the centre. Let the garlic burn leave its aroma.

Once the garlic is also brownish top your noodles with this tadka. Enjoy it hot.
