Methods

How to make Butter Chakli Recipe

1. Heat 2 cup water in a pan. Add salt, butter, jeera, til green chilli and curry leaves.
2. When butter melts add rice flour, mix well and cook till mixture thiken.
3. Transfer into a bowl and cool. Knead to a stiff dough.
4. Grease a chakli press with oil and put some portion of dough in it. Press to from chakli.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry chaklis till golden brown and crisp.
6. Drain in a absorbent paper and cool.
7. Store in a air tight container and serve with tea.
