Steamed jowar vada with gujarati flavour ,shaped in a South indian mendu vada style and served with Himachali kheru makes a superb fusion dish.
Himachali kherubl is spiced and tempered curd.

Combine all the ingredients and add water as required to make soft roti daugh.

Out of the prepared daugh make equal portions to make vada.Prepare vada in the shape of mendu vada.
3.
Place the prepared vada on steaming plate(with hole) apart from each other and steam it for 25 to 30 minutes.check it with toothpick and switch off the flame.
4.
Let the steamed vada become cool and roast it on tawa with little on both sides till light golden brown.serve with green chatney .I have served it with Himachali kheru.
