Ingredients For Cabbage_Paneer_Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the grated cabbage in a bowl. Sprinkle salt over it and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 2. Take this cabbage and squeeze out the water over a colander.
  • 3. Add oil in pan .Add chiilies, turmeric powder, grated cabbage, capsicum.
  • 4. Saute for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Add Grated paneer. Add Chopped Coriander.
  • 6. Mix well the stuffing.
  • 7. Meanwhile, add the ingredients for the dough in another bowl.
  • 8. Add enough water to knead it into a smooth dough.
  • 9. Take a small ball of this dough.
  • 10. Roll it out using a rolling pin into a small circle on a well floured board.
  • 11. Place a small ball of the stuffing in the centre of the dough.
  • 12. Bring up all the sides to the top.
  • 13. Press it down with the flat of your palm to cover the seam.
  • 14. Now roll it out into a medium-thick flatbread/paratha.
  • 15. Just make sure not to press it too hard while rolling to avoid the stuffing from coming out.
  • 16. Cook this on a skillet for 1 to 2 minutes, until browned on one side with little oil/ghee all around the paratha.
  • 17. Repeat on the other side.
  • 18. Serve warm with a side dish of your choice.
