Ingredients For CAPSICUM CHICKEN RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and marinate chicken with hung curd,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,cumin seeds powder,black pepper powder,soya sauce,vinegar,ginger garlic paste and salt and mix well.
  • 2. Keep in the fridge for 3 - 4 hours.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 4. Add sliced onion and fry till transparent.
  • 5. Add marinated chicken,green cardamom powder,cinnamon powder and two tbsp water.
  • 6. Saute till oil leaves the pan.
  • 7. Add tomato sauce and mix well.
  • 8. Add capsium,tomato and 1/2 cup of water and cover it.
  • 9. Cook for five minutes on a low flame.
  • 10. Serve hot.
