Ingredients For Capsicum Potato Bhurji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Chop the capsicum and potatoes.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds, when it becomes brown add capsicum and potatoes.
  • 3. Add turmeric powder. Mix it well. Cook it until it becomes soft. Cover it with lid.
  • 4. Add all the spices. Mix it well. Stir continuously.
  • 5. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl.
