Wash and soak broken wheat for 20 min. Then wash properly carrots. Grate all carrot.

Take pan and add ghee and broken wheat. Cook broken wheat till light roast then add grated carrot and milk, mix and continue cooking for a few minutes.

Make powder with coconut, poppy seeds. Add jagerry, prepared coconut powder to halwa.Then mix everything well, heat ghee and fry dry fruits then mix it with halwa combine it.
