Peel carrot and cut into pieces. Boil milk in a pressure cooker and add carrots.

3-4 whistle and remove from fire, keep it till release the pressure.

Separate milk from carrots. Grind carrots to smooth paste.

Add rice flour and again grind it. Mix well. Shift batter to a bowl .

Add condensed milk and vanilla essence, mix well.

Boil water in a heavy bottom pan and put a jali in between. Grease a cake tin and add the carrot batter. Put this on jali and cover it . And steam it.

Top Now add rice flour in leftover milk from carrots.

Add condensed milk and vanilla essence. Mix well

Now after 10 minutes, carrot batter little set. Pour the white batter on top of the carrot.

Cover it and steamed it till fully set. Remove from fire and leave it to cool.
