Ingredients For Carrot Phirni With Malpua Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash carrot and peel and cut into small pieces.
  • 2. Add carrot and rice together in cooker with water and whistles two three and remove from gas.
  • 3. Cool it and grind to smooth paste. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and boil it.
  • 4. Add condensed milk and caradamon powder. Boil till becomes thick.
  • 5. Pour the batter in muffins mould and leave to set in fridge.
  • 6. Mix flour in milk and add mashed banana and whisk it so that no lump is there. Add condensed milk mix it.
  • 7. Heat non stick tawa, apply desi ghee. Spread little batter. Roast both sides applying ghee.
  • 8. Place malpua on serving plate and muffins on it. Decorate with almonds and serve chilled.
