Grease tin and preheat oven at180 degrees, first of all soak all mix dryfruits in orange juice for 2 hour, I have used, cashews,almond, raisins, walnuts, dried plums.

For chai masala, grind all masala and ginger in a grinder and make paste form. In a mixing bowl seive maida, baking powder, in another bowl add sugar and butter till fluffy, add eggs, mix till fluffy.

Now gradually add dry ingredients in wet ingredients, soaked dryfruits, chai masala(1/4 tsp) and fold in.

Now pour this in greased tin and bake for 50 to55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean, serve warm or cold.
