1.
In a mixing jar take boiled soya chunks & coarsely grind it.

In a mixing bowl take soya chunks, boiled & mashed sweet potato, grated carrot,salt, cumin coriander powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice, green chilli, turmeric & kashmiri red chilli powder. Add roasted peanuts & mix it well.

In a bowl take atta with some water & make a thick batter.

Take small portion from soya chunk mixture. Make round ,put one cheese cube in it ,cover it & then flatten it. Dip the kebabs in atta batter and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
5.
Heat oil & deep fry the galouti kebabs in medium heat.
6.
Serve it hot with salad & your favourite any dip sauce.
