Methods
  • 1. First soak dal and rice together for 4 hours then grind with red chilli curry pata hing and salt.
  • 2. Ferment the batter for 5 hours then mix chopped onion and mix and make paniyaram. Or also called appam. Garnish with cheese and Serve with sauce.
