Methods
  • 1. Sieve and mix all the dry ingredients together.
  • 2. Whisk the curd with butter and mix with the flour along with the veggies, cottage cheese, chilli flakes and oregano.
  • 3. Mix all the ingredients.
  • 4. Grease a muffin mould with butter and pour the mixture till half of the mould.
  • 5. Then add some grated cheese over it.
  • 6. Then bake it in the preheated microwave for 15 minutes in 150degree Celsius.
  • 7. Put some oregano over it and serve hot.
