  • 1. Take a bowl and sieve refined flour along with baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.
  • 2. Now add 3 tbsp melted butter to the flour and mix well.
  • 3. The mixture should be crumbly.
  • 4. Now gradually add milk until it gets flowing consistency.
  • 5. Heat a pan on medium flame. Apply very small amount of butter and pour the batter.
  • 6. Do not spread the batter. Let it be thick.
  • 7. Once you see bubbles popping on the top flip it . Now flip it and allow it to cook. Do not press it.
  • 8. Serve with melted butter and chocolate sauce.
