Ingredients For Chhole Peanut Muffins

Methods
  • 1. Grind the boiled chickpeas, chop the spinach by boiling and grind the peanuts coarsely.
  • 2. Now mix all the ingredients except the cheese in a bowl, add a little water and make a thick mixture
  • 3. Pour the mixture into the silicon mold
  • 4. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheat microwave at 180 • ¢
  • 5. Remove the muffins when baked, grate the carrots and cheese, garnish with the pieces of chickpeas and spinach and bake again for 2 minutes.
  • 6. Now garnish with tomato sauce and serve
