Boil noodles in hot water with salt and refined oil. Strain and let it cool down.

Heat a wok add oil, chilli flakes and garlic. Cook till garlic is brown.

Add onion, saute till translucent.
4.
Add chilli garlic sauce. Cook for a minute or two. Add noodles, vinegar, salt, black pepper. Mix them all together nice till noodles are nicely mixed in masala.
