Recipe Notes

You can use dough made of refined flour also. I used wheat flour to make it healthier. Cheese can also be added for a better taste.

Methods
  • 1. Take wheat flour in a bowl and form a dough out of it. Dough should be hard
  • 2. Make a medium sized ball and roll it out. It should be slightly thick.
  • 3. In another bowl grate paneer. Add chopped green chilli, garlic and capsicum to it. Add pizza seasoning and mix well
  • 4. Now on the rolled dough spread oil along with red chilli powder and 1/2 tbsp salt. Place the fillinh on half part of the roti
  • 5. Flip the other part on top it. Now it should look like stuffed garlic bread.
  • 6. Seal the ends with water. Heat a tawa grease it with oil
  • 7. Cook the paratha on it until crispy. Serve hot with pickle.
