Methods
  • 1. Fry chingri with turmeric powder and salt.
  • 2. Marinate fish with salt turmeric powder mustard paste and poppy seed paste
  • 3. Fill a tiffin box with marinated fish and add oil and slice raw chili.
  • 4. Heat water in a non-stick pan, place the tiffin box in it and place something heavy on top so that the tiffin box stays in one place.
  • 5. Cover the non-stick pan for five minutes in low flame
  • 6. Spread mustard oil on top, turn off the gas and serve with a standing time of five minutes
