Choco Vanilla Vermicelli Baskets Recipe

This recipe is made of regular vermicelli with different flavours used. We generally make vermicelli kheer, but this dish is just a twist. Can have this vermicelli dish during Ramadan, which will give innovative taste from the regular one.

Recipe Notes

Grease the bowls properly, so that vermicelli baskets can be demould easily.

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and dry roast the thin vermicelli.
  • 2. Once it is light golden in colour add required amount of milk maid. Its ready to bind.
  • 3. Mix it well. Now take three small katori(bowls) and put the vermicelli into it.
  • 4. Press the vermicelli to give the shape of bowl and keep in refrigerator to set for 20 minutes.
  • 5. Now take pan add milk( 1 tablespoon) and white chocolate. Stir and melt it. Keep the melted white chocolate aside.
  • 6. Now again take 1 teaspoon of milk, add dark chocolate and Oreo cookies ( 2) melt and dark chocolates syrup is ready.
  • 7. Now take milk , boil and add vanilla custard in it. Add sugar, vanilla custard is ready.
  • 8. Now take the vermicelli baskets out of freeze, demould the vermicelli, baskets are ready, in one vermicelli basket put white chocolate syrup and garnish it with choco chips.
  • 9. In another one put dark chocolate syrup and garnish it with sprinklers of your choice.
  • 10. Finally add vanilla custard into another basket. Here I have made smile face from fresh fruits.
  • 11. Vermicelli baskets are ready. You can serve this dish chill.
