Methods

How to make Chocolate cashew Cookies Recipe

1. Sieve the flour,cocoa powder and baking powder,Cream sugar and butter till light.
2. Blend the egg and add ½ a no to the mixture
3. Mix well
4. Add the flour,coco powder and form dough lightly.
5. Make a dough with light hand. Add chilled milk or water if required
6. Rest the dough in refrigerator for 20 mins. Make roundels and top with chopped cashew nuts and flatten them a little
7. Bake at 160 c for 25 mins
