Methods
  • 1. Beat ghee and caster sugar, add eggs one at a time and beat, now add vanilla.
  • 2. Sift all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • 3. Use cut and fold method to mix.
  • 4. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
  • 5. Pour the batter in moulds and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 6. In other bowl beat softened unsalted butter with icing sugar to make a soft, fluffy butter cream. Add colours by diving it into batches.
  • 7. When the cupcakes are completely cool at room temperature, ice them and serve.
