Cut the potatoes into thick slices, put the potatoes in a saucepan season with salt. Cover with cold water and simmer over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Drain it and transfer it to another bowl drizzle some white wine vinegar.

Take a saucepan and fill it with salted water and bring it to a boil. Now add beans into it and cook it until crisp tender,bright and green for 2-4 minutes. Drain it and keep it aside.

Boil the eggs in a saucepan on a medium high heat for 10-12 minutes. Drain it and peel the eggs.

Now make the dressing, whisk the vinegar, shallots, mustard, thyme,salt and pepper. Whisk in the olive oil in a slow ,steady stream until emulsified.

Toss the tomato in a bowl with salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup dressing to the potatoes and toss it. Quarter the eggs .

Arrange the potatoes, beans, eggs ,tomato on top of lettuce bedding, pour the dressing on top of it. Drizzle some olive oil on top of the salad . Enjoy !
