1. Keep an eye on the coconut while roasting or other wise it will get burnt. Do not brown the coconut. 2. Stir jaggery continuously until it melts.

Ingredients For Coconut Sesame Laddoo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First add coconut in a heavy kadai and roast for 5 minutes to get rid of the moisture from the coconut. Do not brown the coconut.
  • 2. Add the jaggery and mix it with coconut.  Simmer and stir continuously till the jaggery melts and mixture becomes thick.
  • 3. Switch off the flame. Let the mixture cools down.
  • 4. Make small balls out of it. Roll with roasted sesame seeds.
  • 5. Coconut sesame laddoo are ready.
