1.
Boil the chopped onions in the milk to soften the onions.

Mash the boiled potatoes.

Blanch the chopped cabbage with salt to taste.

Add the milk onion mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix well till smooth.

Add the blanched cabbage, butter, crushed black pepper, boiled shredded chicken, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste to the mashed potato mix...and mix well till smooth, let it rest in the fridge for 10mins.
6.
Discard the sides of the bread, apply mayonnaise, add a generous layer of the stuffing and assemble the Sandwich.
