Ingredients For CORN CURRY WITH CHANA MASALA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a wok heat oil . Add cumin seeds when it turns brown add onion , sauté it for 1 minute add ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute it on low medium flame .
  • 2. When onion becomes brown add tomatoes and salt . Mix it well.cook it till tomatoes becomes soft.
  • 3. Now add curd and all the spices. Stir it continuously.
  • 4. Add boiled sweet corns in it. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add water to adjust it’s consistency .
  • 5. Cover it with lid. Cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes.
  • 6. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in serving plate. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • 7. Serve with chapati or Pav.
