Methods

How to make Creme Caramel Recipe

1. Cream egg and sugar and mix it nicely.
2. Add boiled milk,nutmeg powder,vanilla essence and mix it well.
3. Pour a mixture in a caramel based pudding bowl.
4. Cook it in a double boiler until it becomes thick or bake at 400°f for 30 minutes.
5. Keeping a mould in a water based tray.
6. Unmould it and served it.
