This is a completely NEW and INNOVATIVE recipe which is cooked by my own. It is very tasty and healthy . In Holi Festival, we all like to take different types of snacks ,but always we don't like chicken nuggets or pakoda or fish chop. That's why I have cooked this AMAZING AWESOME DISH CRISPY ALMOND FLATTENED RICE SNACKS

Ingredients For CRISPY ALMOND FLATTENED RICE SNACKS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Cut the onions and green chilli into very small pieces .
  • 2. Take flattened rice and sooji rawa in a big bowl and add water and cover it and keep it side for 10 mins .
  • 3. After 10 mins smash the flattened rice and sooji rawa nicely.
  • 4. Take all almonds in a grinder and make almond powder .
  • 5. Now add onions and green chilli in smashed flattened rice and sooji rawa.
  • 6. Then add chopped coriander leaves and salt with it.
  • 7. Cut the garlic cloves and then add these chopped garlic and mix these.
  • 8. Now add almond powder and besan gram flour with it and mix nicely.
  • 9. Now make 4 balls and make flat and make a hole in the middle with the help of a finger.
  • 10. Heat the pan and pour sunflower oil in it and fry the these both sides nicely.
  • 11. Now the delicious awesome healthy and crispy snacks......... CRISPY ALMOND FLATTENED RICE SNACKS are ready to serve.
