How to make Crunchy aloo tikki with cheesy crowns and mint flavoured dip Recipe

In a pan take 5 tbsp oil saute ginger green chillies paste

To this add par boiled channa dal saute for five minutes,then add aamchur powder,chaat masala,red chilli powder and turmeric powder

Saute all this for 2-4 minutes

Now smash boiled potatoes and add these smashed boiled potatoes to this pan along with salt to taste and mix all well

Now add chopped coriander and 3 tbsp chopped mint leaves mix all well

Switch off the flame when the mixture comes to room temperature add grated beetroot and bread crumbs mix all well

Make tikkis out of it

Now shallow fry these tikkis both sides till golden brown,switch off the flame

In a non stick tawa on low flame grate the cheese cubes in circular form like dosa then don't turn it on other side,when it turns golden immediately take it and invert it on a glass reverse side, leave it for 5 minutes to let it take the shape of crown,then take it from glass handle it delicately

On other side mix hung curd with black pepper powder ,mint leaves,salt to taste,red chilli powder in a seperate bowl

Now place tikkis in serving bowl place the hung curd dip on it place cheesey crowns on this tikkis,serve it
