Soak black channa overnight, next day pressure cook it

Then take the cucumber, peel the skin & cut it into half , deseed it and keep aside

Then in another bowl, add chopped onion, capsicum, carrots, coriander leaves, mint leaves , add salt an lime juice an mix well. Then add black pepper pd an mix well

Then take the cucumber, place it on the plate, then pour the black chana mixture in the center , sprinkle garam masala pd, chat masala pd all over it

Then garnish with chopped coriander leaves , green chutney and sev and ready to serve
