Methods
  • 1. Let the rice cool completely. In a mixing bowl, mix curd and rice.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add curry leaves, asafoetida , cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
  • 3. Let them splutter. Add salt as per taste. Swich off the gas.
  • 4. Pour this tempering on rice curd mix. Mix gently.
  • 5. Transfer in a serving plate. Decorate with peanuts, pomegranate seeds or as per your own imagination.
  • 6. Serve cold.
