Ingredients For Daal Bhaji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and clean spinach. Chop it roughly. Wash soaked dal.
  • 2. Take a pressure cooker add in dal, spinach, peanuts, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 2 cup water,
  • 3. Boil it for 3-4 whistles or until dal cooked properly.
  • 4. Take a wok heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds , when it starts crackle add onion , ginger , dried red chilli and green chilli. Saute it till onions become translucent.
  • 5. Add garlic and tomato. Mix it well. Roast it on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Add all the dry masala. Stir continuesly. Add boiled dal.
  • 7. Mix it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 8. Serve hot with rice.
