Methods

How to make Dahi Poori Recipe

1. Take a bowl add curd and sugar mix it well. Cut boiled potatoes in small pieces.
2. Take a plate add chat masala, salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder make a masala mixture.
3. In a serving plate , arrange 5-6 golgappe puri. Make hole in all golgappa.
4. Stuff potatoes in it. Add whisked curd on top. Sprinkle some chat masala mixture.Add onions over it. Top the stuffed puris up with both the chutney .
5. If making for kids just add sweet chutney.Add the sev on top , garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle some more dry masala.
