Methods
  • 1. Soak dhuli moong dal and basmati rice for 3 - 4 hours and add in the blender and also add ginger and grind to make a paste.
  • 2. Take a large bowl add dal chawal paste,crushed coriander seeds,cumin seeds,salt,onion,coriander leaves and green chilly and mix well.
  • 3. Add baking powder and mix well
  • 4. Make a smooth batter.
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 6. Deep fry the dal chawal pakora golden n crispy.
  • 7. Drain in paper napkin.
  • 8. Serve hot.
