Ingredients For Dry Fruit Guava Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a thick bottomed pan. Add milk powder with cream in it.
  • 2. Keep flame medium to low. Keep stirring .
  • 3. Add dry fruit. Keep stirring till the material thickens.
  • 4. Now add brahmi squash. Keep stirring till almost dry.
  • 5. Turn off the flame. Add colour.
  • 6. Mix thoroughly. Let cool.
  • 7. Now pinch lemon sized dough from it.Shape into balls.
  • 8. Press some crushed cardamom seeds on top to resemble guava.
  • 9. Lightly press some saffron strands on sides to complete the look.
  • 10. Tempting sweet guavas are ready for bhog or as a sweet .
