In a pan add 250gms mawa( not sweet). Cook on low flame for 15min. Stir it continously. Add 100gm dry cococnut. (Coarse texture) Add 1TBSP Chironji Add mix chopped dry fruit(almond,cashew,pistachio) Transfer to a plate &let it cool for 15min. Then add sugar powder.Mix it well In a bowl add 500gm maida. Add 2Tbsp oil, add water & knead dough. Make slurry paste of maida by adding maida n water in a bowl. Make a small dough & roll it. Make a flat small round chapati . place it in shaper of gujiya. Add 1tsp gujiya mixture. From ur finger apply slurry paste at all ends. N close it tight. Take out gujiya from shaper gently. Heat oil in kadai and deep fry gujiya on low flame for 5-10min. Let it cook for sometime & then serve.
