Fry the kachoris on slow medium flame.

Ingredients For Dry fruits Kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take maida in a bowl add baking soda,Salt n 3 tablespoon of ghee n make a semi soft dough by adding lukewarm water
  • 2. Keep the dough side .
  • 3. Now in a pan dry roast cumin, coriander, fennel n pepper seeds.
  • 4. Slightly roast them.Also roast seasme seeds(white til)
  • 5. Now put the roasted ingredients into the mixi jar.
  • 6. Slowly add all the dry fruits (Almonds, cashews n walnuts) into the jar
  • 7. Add chilli n turmeric powder, sugar n Salt.
  • 8. Finally add besan sev n garam masala
  • 9. Grind into fine powder.
  • 10. Take the powder in a bowl add chopped rasins n tamraind paste.
  • 11. Stuffing for Kachori is ready.
  • 12. Now take small balls of dough n fill the stuffing.
  • 13. Give round shape n fry in Nova shudh ghee.
  • 14. Fry on a slow flame to give it a golden brown colour.
  • 15. Kachori is ready to serve with ketchup or green chutney.
