Ingredients For Egg Pasta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the pasta with salt and just make it soft so that it breaks no too soft. Fry the 3 beaten eggs and scramble and keep aside.
  • 2. In the same kadai, add 1 more tbsp olive oil and add minced garlic, onions, bell pepper, carrot, beans and tomato and stir fry till the vegetables get cooked.
  • 3. Now add 2 tbsp olive pasta sauce and mix well.
  • 4. Add the boiled pasta and the scrambled eggs and mix very well. Now add mozarella cheese, black pepper powder, oregano, chili flakes and mix well and your egg pasta is ready.
