Ingredients For Eggless banana loaf cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixer jar, churn bananas ,sugar ,curd, oil and vanilla extract very finely,
  • 2. Now in a bowl, seive refined flour ,baking soda and baking powder with cinnamon powder,
  • 3. Now to this same bowl, add bananas smoothie churned above ,add grated almonds and mix all well,
  • 4. Preheat the vessel of baking for 10 minutes,
  • 5. Grease the loaf tin with oil and refined flour, then pour the batter,
  • 6. Put the loaf tin in the aluminium baking vessel, on a stand put the loaf tin in it,
  • 7. Bake it for 55 to 60 minutes, cover the aluminium vessel,
  • 8. Now baking is done, take the tin out,
  • 9. After four hrs unmould the cake, serve it.
