Eggless banana Pancakes

The main ingredients used in this recipe like over ripe banana , Carrots , honey and curd are very nutritious and very much important for our kids physical and mental growth . Carrots are excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C , calcium , Potassium and iron . Over ripe bananas have much more additional nutritional values than normal ripen bananas we eat. Honey is also good source of vitamins and minerals. Honey protects our kids from cold and cough . Curd is a good source of sodium, Potassium and protein and is good for our gut . This 2 steps cake recipe is very much time saving and perfect for your kids lunch box . You need not have to mix dry and wet ingredients separately for this recipe. The mixing process can be done in the mixture grinder.

Ingredients For Eggless banana Pancakes

Methods
  • 1. In a mixture grinder take 4 small sized ripe bananas and 1/2 cup sugar, grind well into a smooth paste. Add carrot paste with 1/2 cup curd and 2 spoons honey , grind together. Again add 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter into a smooth paste with 1/2 spoon roasted cinnamon powder.
  • 2. Now add 1 1/2 Cup of Maida , 1/2 spoon baking soda, 1 spoon baking powder . Again grind together into a semi thick batter.To adjust the thickness you can use whey of the curd . Now the batter is ready.
  • 3. Heat a frying pan. Add 1/2 spoon of butter . Pour delicately 1 big spoonful of prepared batter into the frying pan .
  • 4. Cook from both sides. Follow the same process to prepare remaining pancakes.
