Ingredients For Eggless strawberry vanilla cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add amul fresh cream and sugar beat till creamy with a electric beater for around 2 minutes
  • 2. Seive flour with milk powder,baking powder and baking soda into that bowl
  • 3. Fold in flour alternatively with milk
  • 4. Add essence and beat well with electric beater for around 2 minutes
  • 5. Pour into greased and dusted mould of desired cake shape tin
  • 6. Now meanwhile u prepare batter ,preheat a aluminium vessel for 10 minutes on medium flame
  • 7. After 10 minutes place a stand in that vessel
  • 8. Now put the cake tin into this preheated aluminium vessel ,cover aluminium vessel,bake it on a flame little bit less then medium flame for around 20 -25 minutes,check after 20 minutes by inserting tooth pick in centre of cake
  • 9. Don't place salt,water or sand in bottom of aluminium vessel while baking
  • 10. Now cake is baked take it out
  • 11. Leave it aside for 4-5 hours ,then only unmould it
  • 12. Now to beat cream take the ready made available whipping cream packect of ur choice from market and the consistency of whipping cream before beating it should be semi solid,if it's summer place ur whipping cream bowl on a ice bowl then beat whipping cream
  • 13. Take semi solid whipping cream in bowl and add strawberry emulsion to it and beat it with electric beater till it forms stiff peaks,while beating cream intially start beating cream at low speed then gradually increase the speed to high of electric beater,beat the cream in a cool place .
  • 14. Now place this beated cream in a piping bag with desired shape nossel then put it in freeze for 20 minutes,before use
  • 15. Now cut the cake into three layers
  • 16. Apply whipping cream in each layer ,then strawberry crush on each layer of cake followed after whipping cream is applied,with spatula spread it
  • 17. Now cover the cake with whipping cream entirely with spatula
  • 18. Now put this cake in freeze for 30 minutes ,this is called frosting
  • 19. After 30 minutes take cake out of freeze ,take the piping bag and apply the whipping cream of desired shape entirely on cake ,cover the cake with design u like
  • 20. Cake is ready ,write the name with neutral gel mixed with red liquid food color placed in piping bag and place the tag u desire on cake
