Ingredients For Falafal Punjabi Twist Thali Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take one bowl boiled chickpeas and one bowl overnight soaked chickpeas.
  • 2. Roast seasme and put in mixer and add salt and oil to make Tahini paste.
  • 3. Put boiled chickpeas and tahini paste in jar along with salt and garlic cloves to make hummus.
  • 4. Put in chopper soaked chickpeas,cilantro and onions with salt and green chillies and make a coarse paste.
  • 5. Make pattiez and semi fry this called falafals.
  • 6. Prepare a wheat flower dough and make puries.
  • 7. Fry onions and add chopped tomatoes and season this in another fry pan with boiled chickpeas.
  • 8. Now your thali is ready,serve with Boondi curd.Enjoy.
